Visited Goa in the last week of January 2015 in a group of 9 along with kids. Stayed in villa calangute phase 1 for 4 days - the best property one can ever have in goa. Beautifully located.....one can walk down to the beach in no more than 10 min. Neat and Clean property with the best amenities you can have. The care taker Yamini and superviser Mr Raj were extremely helpful whenever required. The kitchen was well equipped with the latest crockery and all kinds of utensils. Since we were with kids the villa was an added advantage as they had a good space to play around.

Highly recommended to all.....fantastic property. Loved our stay in Goa...

We stayed at Villa Calangute Phase 3 in the first week of November. We were 3 couples and had small kids. The rooms were sufficiently spacious and comparable to a lot of hotels who would charge us much more. Cleanliness is comparable to good hotels.

The kitchen was fully equipped and it helped us manage food for our kids any time of the day. There was more than enough space for our kids to play around. If we would have stayed in a hotel then our kids would find it difficult to play around. Here they could run around anywhere and even in the lawn.

The place is close to the beach and also the market. The properly is well maintained. All of us think its an ideal place for family holidays. The owner was extremely professional and did a lot of followup prior to the trip and also while we were staying there.

We definitely plan to stay again at one of their Villa's the next time we visit Goa.

We booked two villas in the Villa Calangute development for our wedding in Goa.Phase 5 and Phase 7, both of which were lovely.

While we got married in the south of Goa, because there were many friends and family that had not visited India before we wanted to have a place in Calangute so that the guests had some home comforts around them.

Both villas are extremely well kept and clean. My wife and I stayed in Phase 5, the largest of the villas and with a private pool. The walled garden made the pool area a lovely place to escape and relax from the hussle and bussle of the town. Many of our guests spent most of their time here!

The housekeepers work every day at the villas and nothing is too much trouble for them. They did all our washing and ironing and will do other duties on request such a cooking or fetching things from the shop (for a small fee).

If you are looking for a home away from home for a large group of you then this is by far the best villa I have stayed in in the north of Goa (and I've stayed in many!)
