About LH13

Newly built villa in August 2017, situated just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Calangute, features a self-catered kitchen, a swimming pool and kid’s pool. The villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard, the villa combines modern facilities including air conditioning, whilst retaining plenty of original rustic charm with traditional wooden teak furniture and open plan living.

7 Bedrooms

All bedrooms have queen size beds. Each of the 7 bedrooms is furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe and mirror . Towels and linens are provided. The living room has air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer.



7 Bathrooms

Each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen

Is fully equipped with a range of crockery and utensils and other appliances such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine and kettle to name a few. Other facilities include iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave and 4 ring gas stove with oven.

Living Room

The living room is combined with the dinning and kitchen. Its has a hammock and LCD TV screen with Tata Sky, this area is just a perfect haven to relax.

Garden

The luscious garden surprises and entices you, finally revealing the uniquely shaped Bali style villa which magically appears and sets the scene for something special.

Swimming Pool

Chill out in the intimate Swimming pool, which is 10 meters by 5 meters with 5 meters by 2 meters kid's pool. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 12 minute walk to the sea and beach! Pool timing are from 8am to 8pm.

Housekeeping

House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. We have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals. Cooking can be provided for and additional cost, please pay the housekeeper directly, whose charges are reasonable. Stays longer than 3 nights will receive a welcome pack.

Directions to LH13

From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3, 4 and 6 are located on Adventure Street. As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards the old I95 and art chamber gallery). You will pass Azzure Resort on the left hand side. Villa Calangute Phase 6 is located on the right hand side of the road, opposite a large house which has two lions outside. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa, there are 2 lions on the entrance gate. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
